Two students were reportedly killed along Kurra Falls in Gashish District, Barkin Ladi Local Government Area of Plateau state, North-Central Nigeria.
According to local news outlet Daily Trust, one of the students, identified as Obadiah Daryan (aged 25) was schooling at the National Veterinary Research Institute (NVRI) Vom and the other, Ezekiel Monday (aged 21), was a student of Government Senior Secondary School (GSSS) Gashish.
They were reportedly ambushed by gunmen and shot dead when they were on a motorcycle to Barkin Ladi town, and that the attackers also carted away Obadiah’s phone.
Police could not be reached for comment.
