Lagos – Nigeria’s Lagos State Government has arrested six persons for openly urinating on the rail track in front of the Nigeria Army Shopping Complex, Arena, Oshodi.
The state Commissioner, Ministry of Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab made this known in a statement posted on X on Saturday.
Wahab wrote: “6 defaulters were earlier today arrested for open urination on rail track in front of Nigeria Army Shopping Complex, Arena, Oshodi.”
He noted that the arrests were made as part of the Lagos State government’s ongoing efforts to enforce a cleaner and more sanitary environment, under the #ZeroToleranceLagos and #CleanerLagos initiatives.
