YORUBA NATION YOUTH LEADER BOTH HOME AND DIASPORA PRESS RELEASE
TO President Bola Ahmed Tinubu
President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
Aso Villa, Abuja, Nigeria
Subject: Strong Objection to Livestock Committee in Support of Fulani Herdsmen

Dear President Tinubu,

Both home and diaspora Comrade Oyegunle Oluwamayowa Omotoyole [Omayor] and Prophet Ayodele Ologunloluwa writing to you today as the Yoruba Nation Youth Leader to express our vehement opposition to the formation of a Livestock Committee that aims to support Fulani herdsmen.

This move is not only ill-conceived but also a clear betrayal of the trust and mandate bestowed upon you by the people of south west region.

As you are well aware, the activities of Fulani herdsmen have led to the displacement, maiming, and killing of many innocent Nigerians, particularly in the South West region.

The formation of this committee is a slap in the face of justice and a clear indication that your administration is more interested in pandering to the whims of a select group rather than upholding the rights and security of all citizens.

We demand that you reconsider this decision and prioritize the welfare and security of all Southwest region.

We will not stand idly by while our people continue to suffer at the hands of marauding herdsmen.

But Mr President if you proceed with your decision we the youths of south-west region we will iginite a massive rally because you can’t sell us out to Fulani herdsmen which have no land of there own in Nigeria.

Yours sincerely,
Comrade Oyegunle Oluwamayowa Omotoyole [OMAYOR]
South West Yoruba Nation Youth Leader
