The Oduduwa Yoruba Nation Youth has extended warm Christmas and New Year greetings to all sons and daughters of Oduduwa land across the world, urging unity, resilience, and renewed commitment to the collective future of the Yoruba people.
In a goodwill message released to mark the festive season, the group described Christmas as a period of hope and reflection, while the approaching new year represents fresh possibilities for peace, strength, and progress among Yoruba communities at home and in the diaspora.
The youth body noted that despite years of hardship, injustice, and marginalisation, the Yoruba people have remained steadfast. It stressed that the spirit of the race remains unbroken, with its culture, heritage, and identity continuing to thrive.
According to the statement, the season serves as a reminder that difficult times do not last forever, and that perseverance will ultimately give way to a brighter future. The group reaffirmed its commitment to a peaceful and principled struggle for self-determination, dignity, and justice for the Oduduwa Nation.
The message also acknowledged the guidance of respected leaders and advocates, including Prophet Ayodele Ologunoluwa, and commended the active role of the youth under the leadership of Comrade Oyegunle Oluwamayowa Omotoyole, popularly known as Omayor, for sustaining the movement with dedication and purpose.

Looking ahead to the new year, the Oduduwa Yoruba Nation Youth expressed hopes for renewed courage among the youth, unity among elders, protection for the people, wisdom for leaders, and a clearer path toward freedom and justice in Oduduwa land.
The statement concluded with a call for togetherness, urging all Yoruba people to move into the new year with a shared vision, collective resolve, and unwavering commitment to the liberation and prosperity of their nation.
