Mummy Wa: I Attract Men Who Appreciate Confident Women

Nigerian actress and content creator Kemi Ikuseedun, popularly known as Mummy Wa, has said she is attracted to men who are confident and comfortable with strong, independent women.

The entertainer explained that she does not entertain men who feel intimidated by her personality or achievements.

She said she believes mentally secure men are more likely to appreciate and support women who are confident and independent.

Ikuseedun also spoke about the challenges of working in Nigeria’s entertainment industry, identifying consistency as one of the most difficult aspects of being a creative professional.

According to her, managing several projects and ideas can make it difficult to remain consistent, but she believes creatives must continue to show up, improve their work and strive to become better than they were previously.

Speaking about her popular Mummy Wa character, Ikuseedun said she enjoys portraying the character but stressed that it is only one part of her creative work.

The actress added that she has played different characters throughout her career, but Mummy Wa became particularly popular with audiences and is now the role for which many people recognise her.

Despite the challenges associated with the industry, Ikuseedun remains focused on developing her craft and exploring new creative opportunities.
