Aiyedatiwa Grants Automatic Employment to Seven Outstanding NYSC Members

Ondo State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has granted automatic employment to seven outstanding National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members who completed their service in the state.

The announcement was made during an award ceremony in Akure, where exceptional students, teachers, and other achievers were honoured for their outstanding performances.

The governor also awarded ₦1 million each to 66 recipients in recognition of their hard work and dedication.

Aiyedatiwa said the gesture reflects his administration’s commitment to promoting excellence and retaining talented individuals who can contribute to the state’s development.

He noted that investment in education and human capital remains crucial to Ondo State’s future growth.

The governor praised the awardees for bringing honour to the state through their academic achievements, discipline, and innovation, describing them as worthy ambassadors and role models for younger generations.

Commissioner for Education, Prof. Igbekele Ajibefun, said the recognition was designed to encourage excellence among students and teachers.

He added that the state government plans to identify and honour more outstanding individuals in the future.
