Liam Delap Completes £50m Move from Chelsea to Nottingham Forest

Nottingham Forest have completed the signing of Chelsea striker Liam Delap in a club-record £50 million transfer, with the 23-year-old forward agreeing to a five-year contract at the City Ground.

Delap’s move brings an end to his brief spell at Chelsea, where he spent just one season after joining the London club for around £30 million. He recorded 26 shot-ending carries during the 2024/25 Premier League season, the most among strikers in the competition.
