Manchester United Still Interested in Signing Osimhen

Manchester United remain interested in Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen as they continue their search for a top-class centre-forward ahead of the new season.

Despite Galatasaray’s reluctance to sell the Nigerian star and reports that the Turkish club values him at around €150 million, Osimhen is still being monitored by the Premier League side after several alternative transfer targets became unavailable.

United have already strengthened their squad in other areas but are still looking to add more quality in attack.

The club is reportedly keen to bring in a proven goalscorer to lead the frontline as part of its ongoing squad rebuild.

Osimhen is regarded as one of United’s preferred options due to his goal-scoring ability and experience at the highest level.

However, his hefty price tag remains the biggest obstacle to any potential deal.

The Red Devils have also considered several other strikers in recent months, but changes in the transfer market have kept Osimhen among their top targets.

Alongside their search for a striker, Manchester United are also working on signing a midfielder and a left-back before the transfer window closes.
