Former presidential candidate and human rights activist, Omoyele Sowore, has reportedly been arrested by operatives of the Nigerian Police.

Human rights campaigner Deji Adeyanju confirmed the arrest on Thursday morning via his verified social media accounts.

He tweeted, “Omoyele Sowore just arrested at the Federal High Court by the Nigerian police. When will the Nigerian police stop acting jobless?”
