Leaders and coordinators of the Yoruba Nation movement from across various states gathered in Cotonou, Benin Republic, for a crucial strategy meeting aimed at strengthening the push for Yoruba self-determination.
The session, hosted by Yoruba youth leader in the diaspora, Prophet Ologunoluwa, who flew in specially from the United States, was also graced by the presence of key figures from Yorubaland, including the vibrant youth leader of the Isokan Yoruba Movement, Mayor O.

In attendance was the revered National Leader of the Yoruba Nation struggle, Professor Banji Akintoye, whose presence underscored the significance of the meeting. Also present was Mr. Olayomi Koiki, the influential CEO of Koikimedia, representing the media arm of the movement.

State coordinators from far and near—including Kwara, Kogi, Ondo, Ekiti, Oyo, Ogun, Osun, Lagos, Ghana, and Benin Republic—were all part of the high-powered deliberation, reflecting the growing unity and coordination among Yoruba agitators both within and outside Nigeria.
This landmark meeting was held ahead of the official announcement of the much-anticipated Yoruba Nation Mega Rally, a strategic move designed to mobilize mass support and awareness for the ongoing liberation campaign.
