There was pandemonium in Ikare Akoko area of Ondo state on Thursday as a JSS three student of Osele high school slumped and died while participating in the school’s annual inter-house sports.

The deceased was said to be representing his sport house in a race when he suddenly collapsed.

It was gathered that all efforts to revive the boy proved abortive as he was later confirmed dead.

Reports say the incident caused pandemonium in the school as parents besieged the premises to pick their children
